DESIGN & ALIGN
an inspired life
Yoga practices designed to inspire and uplift.
I believe that Yoga has the power to transform—not just the body, but the way we move through life. My classes are designed to inspire and uplift, blending alignment and fluidity with intelligent sequencing, mindful breathwork, and joyful movement. Influenced by my dance background and years of traditional yoga studies, I create space for you to feel both challenged and supported, offering practical wisdom along the way. Expect to learn, play, and connect more fully—on the mat and beyond.

PRESENCE
Yoga & The Art of Ease
We have just 3 spots left! Join me for a spring awakening retreat in Portugal’s Algarve. Set in the vibrant fishing town of Olhão, this corner of southern Portugal is filled with cobbled streets, colorful markets, wild beaches, and the sparkling waters of the Ria Formosa. In early spring, life moves at a gentler pace—sunny days, fewer crowds, and space to slow down and savor it all.
Our home for the week is Casa Fuzetta, a spectacular private villa in the heart of Olhão’s old town. Together, we’ll experience the Algarve through its landscapes, flavors, and creative spirit—sailing the Ria Formosa, visiting a winery, creating with a local artist, and exploring the town just beyond our door.
This retreat is an invitation to explore the art of ease. Through daily yoga and meditation, beautiful meals, meaningful experiences, and spacious time to rest, we’ll practice doing a little less and being a little more. Come to move, create, connect, wander, and welcome spring with presence, curiosity, and ease.
A little more about me …
I discovered yoga at a time when I needed it most. After walking away from a decade of devotion to dance, I felt lost in the world. Yoga offered me a path home to myself. The asana practice felt like a continued thread of conversation that allowed me to move through my own personal evolution and reconnect to my body.
Since then, I have been immersed in the study and practice of yoga and meditation, completing 500+ hours of teacher training through YogaWorks with some of the best teachers from around the world. I have been teaching for more than a decade now and the practice continues to be my anchor—a daily ritual that fosters balance, clarity, and a deep sense of presence. Sharing the tools of this practice with others feels like the most natural and fulfilling path, and I am forever grateful to be able to do what I love and share the journey with you.
